What Happened to Adam and Eve’s Daughters After Cain and Abel?
The Bible in Black

What happened to Adam and Eve’s daughters after Cain and Abel? Genesis tells us that Adam had “sons and daughters,” but the biblical text never gives the daughters’ names, number, marriages, or individual stories.
In this biblical history documentary, we examine what Genesis actually says about Adam and Eve’s daughters, what happened after Cain and Abel, and why their stories disappear from the biblical record. We also explore later traditions such as the Book of Jubilees, rabbinic interpretations, and Christian theological explanations that attempted to fill the silence.
Most importantly, we separate the explicit words of Genesis from later interpretation and historical speculation.
How much of the human story existed beyond the written record? And how many people lived, loved, raised families, and shaped history without their names ever being preserved?
