Recipes:

🧁Mini panettoni:
• 500g bread flour (I used 350g of Manitoba and 150g of type 00, but bread flour works too)
• 100g sugar (it's sugar-reduced, feel free to add more if you prefer more sweetness)
• 150g water
• 21g fresh yeast (or 7g dry yeast)
• 2 whole eggs
• zest of 2 oranges
• 1 egg yolk

• 100g softened butter

• 100g dark chocolate chips
