Can FC 27 be made to play like PES 2021? ⚽🔥
I've spent hours testing and adjusting FC 27 Authentic gameplay sliders to recreate the feel of PES 2021. The goal? More realistic football, improved player movement, better dribbling, balanced passing and a more authentic match experience.
One of the biggest changes? Over-the-top through balls have been nerfed! 🚨
In my testing, they were leading to around 3–4 goals per match. After adjusting the sliders, I've reduced their effectiveness to approximately 0.7 goals per match. This creates a much better balance and helps prevent those constant, unrealistic balls over the defence.
In this video, I compare PES 2021 and FC 27 side by side, demonstrate the impact of my slider adjustments and test everything in full matches.

It was just so fast, no space on the pitch, the AI press is unrelenting. Absolutely no time to think on the ball.
Just felt like ping pong on steroids.
I then played pes 2021 again, and its just far superior in terms of realistic gameplay. You can actually play beautiful football.....unfortunately its a 5 year old game that I've just played to death and can't really play anymore.
I'll try the lite version again with these sliders and pray 😂
I miss playing a good football game
Thing I've noticed the most is much more centralised turnover of the ball in the middle of the park, that alone is literally a game changer.
I assume the speed shown on the thumbnail is for both user and AI?

Goalkeepers set to 45 instead of 40 - more balanced.
Marking 60 to 62 - not glued in midfield, over the top through ball nerfed still - but improved marking from crosses which was the aim.
Powershot error - tried 51+ - was a failure... stick with 50. That's the sweet spot.
I dont like putting things behind pay walls but these will be free for everyone next Friday. These just took me sooo many hours to pull together and that little extra income is needed atm. Working on these early morning (4am) and not getting to bed til like 10pm. Working on this with my spare time. I really love what I've been able to create here and if you seen my live stream, then you know how long it took just to get the sprint/dribbling just right.
