What I recall was that you couldn't buy a Patek, you needed to be invited to buy one or gifted one (sketchy memory from a long time ago)
So seeing that a Patek boutique is opening in Sydney, that is a flex in my eyes for our humble town
Sadly I fell out of love with it within 6-9 months , I just did not wear it , sad as it was a beautiful watch .
About after 3 months of it sitting in it's box I had the chance to do a deal on a Grand Seiko Elegance Automatic , and man that enamel egg shell dial got me ! , we did a swap and I still love that Grand Seiko and wear it in rotation all the time , a beautiful watch that does not brag about anything .
