Can u break down Verbal Intercourse.  Nas, Rae, & Ghost went crazy on that.

Love the breakdown.

Not any less amazing, but I always thought AZ said,

"...but as long as we leavin' theavin', we be leavin' with some kind of dough."

Phenomenal breakdown! Imo this is the closest collab in rap history. My theory has always been that Nas did an extra 4 bars to make 20 instead of 16, because it balanced out the song better since AZ says the hook. Great video 🔥💯 👏🏾 🫡

This is sick series idea

They compliment each other so well. Both kings in their own. I wouldn’t choose between either. This track is untouchable.

From a technical and foundational standpoint it’s AZ. But the feel and how Nas danced over the beat and gave a more poignant performance. It’s really a preference.

Instant follow!  How did I not know that this channel existed;I follow the OG on insta but for months I missed it?!

This is dope bro!  I can’t tell you how many times listened and analyzed this song and your breakdown makes it feel like a new take.

I hope more people catch on to the channel, especially aspiring lyricists.  With videos like these, someone that REALLY listens would have a hard time NOT improving their rhyme schemes.

As for the head to head….both AZ and Nas came at it with skill and precision.  I genuinely never looked at it as one versus the other.  To me it was a track with a near perfect feature that really complemented the album.  If I had to pick one I’d agree with you and say that AZ takes it.

What still gives me chills to this day though (being a hip-hop vinyl head) is that this was recorded on tape!  Within just a few years records like ‘All Eyez On Me’ would be a combination of tape and digital.  Tape was CRAZY expensive so the mastery of the artists delivery had to be next-level or it meant $$$$ burned but maybe that’s for another conversation!  Keep it up bro!  Can’t wait for the next one 😎

Professor Rhymecology!!!! FIRE 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

That was enjoyable.

Good breakdowns. Math might have been a little off but this was fun the listen to in the format you used.

Great song choice as well.

Keep going.

I give it to Nas because of his opening, esoteric approach.

Do a break down of How Ya Living for another Nas vs AZ

I really wish I didn't even have to choose 🤦‍♂️ but I always do 😩

Love this 🙏🙏💯💯💯👊👊👊

Unreal

🔥🔥🔥 keep goin bro. Love the content

I’ve always felt that switched my motto… was one of the top 5 lines in all of hiphop

Great breakdown💯

Its not just the way Nas describes his coming of age, but the fact that u can sense it dripping with defiant melancholia. Almost like he's not celebrating at all. Appreciate all u do brother.

This one of the best collaborations in the history of the culture.

You should review Doe or Die III cause that might be AZ’s best album all around. There’s no skips on that album
