confused on whether Burt wanted to do it or not because in the beginning you said he signed on immediately, then later you say he didn't want to do it at first - but good movie with good actors and always good to see Sally in her adorable days - good video: well done
One of all time favorite movies! I could watch this over and over... and over again. And have the soundtrack on LP.. this movie just brings you back to simplier times, whether you were there or not.. forever a classic! R.i.p. Burt Reynolds
When I was 7 or 8, I shook Burt Reynolds' hand when he visited Northington Elementary School in Tuscaloosa. He was there filming a movie called Hooper. One of the two big stunt scenes was filmed on the grounds of Northington Hospital. Northington Hospital was a WW2 Army hospital that was scheduled to be demolished.
Celebrities should always sign anything big or important that they use in a movie.. just in case it later gets lost in the shuffle of things- and resurfaces again.
I rarely watch a movie more than once. It’s got to be really good — Smokey and the Bandit is one of those you can just watch again and again and again. So good! Such great acting talent!!
