A new development concerning millions of citizens awaiting phased retirement! A joint bill is being prepared in consultation with other political parties and submitted to the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM) regarding phased retirement. The age and premium requirements, the demands of EMADDER (Association of Turkish Citizens with Insurance Start Dates after 1999), and the next steps in the phased retirement process are discussed in our video. It should be specifically noted that the regulation has not yet been enacted into law and is still in the drafting stage.
