My deepest sympathies go out to everyone affected by the recent Kumamoto earthquake, and to their families and loved ones.
As someone living in Kyushu, I pray for a speedy recovery.
I know those affected are going through anxious times, but I sincerely hope that you can return to a safe and secure daily life as soon as possible.
I'm in my 50s and work part-time three days a week. I wanted to increase my working hours to save money for retirement, but I'm struggling because my physical strength can't keep up.
With my current work situation, I can't even enroll in social insurance. I'm anxious about continuing, but I'm also scared to change. I shared these honest feelings.
I would be grateful if people of my generation could share in the comments how they balance their physical strength and work style.

Thank you so much for all your comments.
After reading everyone's comments about "worrying about retirement funds" and "reviewing expenses,"
my family also reviewed our insurance.
We had four insurance policies that we hadn't looked at in 18 years.
When I calculated it, we'd paid 4.6 million yen, and I froze when I hit the calculator...😅

Are there others who have neglected their insurance like us?
Please take a look if you'd like✨️
