"Core" (First 30 Minutes)
1. Long "Ah": You sustain a loud, clear "Ah" sound for as long as possible (15 times, 15+ seconds each ).
2. High/Low Pitch "Ah": You start at a normal pitch and slide your voice as high as you can (and then as low as you can) while maintaining that "Loud" volume. (15 times high, 15 times low.)
3. Functional Phrases: You identify 10 phrases you say every day (e.g., "Good morning," "Where is the remote?", "I love you"). You repeat these in your "new" loud voice. (5 times per phrase.)
"Hierarchy" (Last 30 Minutes)
Week 1: Words and short phrases.
Week 2: Full sentences.
Week 3: Reading paragraphs aloud.
Week 4: Real-world conversation.
