“She right John, just another echo” I actually thought she was alive right there. This game put me through tons of emotions

The whole Cortana story here feels like 343 saying “sorry, we’re doing our best to correct our mistakes.”

Cortana. Dr. Halsey and now The Weapon. The range Jen Taylor has is just mind blowing.

Chief: “You get to choose your name”
Weapon: “I think I might have the perfect name.

Bortana”

I like how in the end, she died as Cortana, not the tyrannical ruler of the Created. Notice how she's even discarded that more militaristic look of hers for her original appearance in the end. She was Cortana again, even if only for a moment.

“We just keep saying goodbye” Pure agony, literal pain.

Imagine if Cortana dropped this right as she starts walking through him;
"Just keep your head down, there's two of you in there now. Remember."

You know Chief is getting massive psychological issues from the message she left him. She was the only true constant he'd had for a majority of his life.

In the end Cortana protected Chief, by giving him a chance with the weapon, sacrificing herself… to give Chief time and saving the weapon from deletion as I’m sure Halsey predicted

It’s so surreal to think that this is the end for Cortana, hits the feels hard.
And the last words about choosing well, they make you remember the whole journey they went through together, damn...

It is crazy to think how impactful Halsey's work was on John's life. His augmentations, his suit and her guardian angel.
Halsey and Cortana will always be watching over him.

Jen Taylor is one talented person. Halsey, Cortana, and The Weapon truly sound like "different" people. It's a real talent.

Master Chief pushing "Take Your Daughter to Work Day" to the extreme.

Imagine chief crying his tears out under the suit

With that music and atmosphere.....it was hard to insert that chip. I lost my dad in late October. I showed him Halo 2 when it first came out. He absolutely loved it.We were waiting for infinite to release......but he passed away from a septic infection in his blood that caused lung and kidney failure. It was more like bringing my dad with me..
Not the weapon

"I think I might have the perfect one"

"Siri"

The missions change. They always do. Hell yeah they do!

Cortana and Chief were partners. They'd do anything to win, and when one turned bad, the other refused to accept it.

Chief and Weapon are like a father and child. He keeps her from taking unnecessary risks, and if one were to turn bad, who knows what would happen.

Them feels!! It’s been an honor fighting alongside with Cortana since 2001. All them covenants, brutes, forerunners, floods…. Damn.

Man, the part where she figures out who she is, hits ya right in the feels...
