Today, I wanted to talk to you about a topic that has evolved a lot for me: minimalism 🌿
For a long time, I was focused on decluttering.
Sorting, emptying, making space… and it helped me tremendously.
But today, I'm no longer in that phase.
I'm truly committed to a minimalist approach.
Minimalism isn't about living with nothing, or depriving yourself.
It's more about making more conscious choices:
keeping what's useful, what makes you feel good, what has meaning in your daily life.
It's also about stopping the automatic accumulation,
taking a step back before buying,
and gradually simplifying your environment.
What I love about this approach is
the calm it brings.
Fewer things, but more clarity.
Less clutter, but more space for what truly matters.
And above all, I do it at my own pace, without pressure.
Because minimalism isn't a strict rule,
it's a way of life that adapts to everyone.
Today, I continue on this path, calmly,
making choices more aligned with what I truly want.
And it changes so much in my daily life 🤍
