48:30 "The void really is warp-like"
By the emperor, The Zariman tragedy is basically what happens when you rawdog warp travel without a gellar field.

"Bad things happened on that ship" is warframe in a nutshell

I'm still waiting for a streamer to notice that the meteor is lotus' hand that ballas cut off in the scene where he stabs the tenno.

1:27:15 this bit is so funny because Albrecht basically made a robot version of Loid which Loid sarcastically refers to as "the cooler Loid"

Good to see Bricky had a healthy reaction to Duviri

1:37:30 keep in mind Mr brickles (spoilers for some people)

Remember rell and the chains of harrow quest? Yeah that poor kid was holding back ALL versions and "timelines" of everyone's version of wally. Rells mental disorder/disability was possibly the key of being able to "empathize" with the entire entity that is the void. And keep it at rest so all other tenno can use their powers without having to be possessed or taken over by that.....thing. only when "we" the main tenno, start to wake up and sever the somatic links the lotus and Margulies put in place, do we start making it hard for rell to hold back the entire void. Rell.... was a true hero, and an actual literal savior to all of the universe, multiple times over.

Doing story out of order seems on point considering the lore of drifter

I still find it pretty wild that Duviri was originally going to be an optional choice for newer players to start at, like I’m thankful that they backtrack on that since Duviri doesn’t give the greatest impression on what warframe is.🐱

Shoutout to the song replacement choice at 1:30:30, it gives a different feel than the NIN song, but one that still works incredibly well for the situation at that point.

It's really nice to see brick actually appreciate the Duviri combat system and not rush past it like every other creator.

1:06:10 - Whispering in the Walls manifests as the Brown Note, and Bricky's expression coincides.

47:04   I hate how well timed that was that it still made me laugh.

Fun fact: Duviri was originally planned as an alternate starting point before they changed their minds post-release due to the quest's story only making sense if you beat New War.

Quest summary

Duviri men will create and be murdered by the embodiment of their trauma instead of going to therapy

Angels lore and void 101 the warp is suing for copyright infringement

Walls doom yaoi gives way to time travel

That wasn’t JUST balls speaking at the beginning it was also the paracesis stabbing the drifter.
Additionally the drifter DID shake wall man’s hand, a duviri tablet will reveal “I never said I’d save you” so they both made the same deal with Wally but a different outcome

Bricky failed the Old man Yaoi vibe check

honestly i popped the fuck off for that reveal in the man in the wall quest. the little "Rap tap tap" in void tongue? peak for lore nerds

Alberich Entrati was voiced by a guy that doesn't have any prior video game accredation but rather has an absolute ass ton of audiobooks to his name

2:09 that whole sequence perfectly encapsulates everyones reaction to duviri

The original intention of Duviri was to be a new starting point for baby tennos. You were able to start in Duviri, instead of doing the Vor Intro.
It was a bold move by Reb, and imagine it had worked out... but  the eternalism stuff was causing confusion, and it was hard to imagine how it would slot into the story line, maybe there was a bit of envy playing into it too, of how "easy" it was to farm frames and stuff via circuit.
Needless to say that she caught a lot (a looooooot) of flak at the time, the fact that the update wasn´t as smooth as old peace or 1999 did the rest.
After a month or so, of critzism about how confusing it (supposedly) was to new players (debateable), they decided to rework the Vor's Prize quest, and half a year later the duviri starting point was disabled.

It would have been such a beautiful nesting doll of allergories. Old vet operators shaking hands with new player drifters.... sometimes the Zeitgeist doesn´t allow for nice things to exist.
