I know the Suzuki is much older on paper, but man is it a gorgeous looking machine.
It also has an amazing exhaust note.

I had a 2019 Gsxr R. Lots or track time. Really had to upgrade the breaks with steel lines and brembo master. Pipe and a tune then was golden. Love it. Deer took me out 3 years ago. Ready to get a new super bike. The gsxr had bad motor vibration through the bars. I did all I could to minimize it. My hands would go numb on the track and would have to pull off. The RSV4 is a way better package for the $$$ going to buy the base and make it into a factory killer. ✊🏼

It's great to see someone riding fast on winding roads when testing new machines. I'm so sick of people test riding on highways with low riding skills. Good work!
I know the GSXR1000Rs need a full exhaust and tune to make them run properly though and they lose a lot of weight. These new, slightly updated GSXR's have less power again. The dash could be updated yes, but I don't really look at it when I'm riding hard; I might double-check what gear I'm in from time to time and sneak a peak at the revs so I don't hit the rev limiter sometimes. The GSXR would definitely improve with an ABS delete and a Brembo master cylinder too.

Hey Adam! Does the tank on this new rsv4 has sharp edges near the crotch that dig into your inner thigh at lean? The older tank shape (till 2020) has that issue

11:15 I want to put that GSXR front end on the Ape. The GSXR front end looks so much cooler, and with a drop in cartridge kit, it is comparable to most Ohlins. Not the super high end stuff.
...... Yes, I know it would take some serious modification.

When are you going to do a road test review between the R9 and KTM 990 RCR? I know the KTM came out on top during the track review but what about the street??

It will be the Gixxer for me, Japanese reliability trumps a feisty Italian. No Aprilia dealer within 300 miles of me so that's another mark against it. I'll have the base Gixxer and save even more. And i'll take the red Gixxer, perhaps im still livin in the 80's but white wheels on a Gixxer get me every time. As for the wings, they look stupid so thank you Suzuki for making them optional.
