In this past clip from My Expert Opinion Ep. #268, Little Shawn (Shawn Pen) sits down with Math Hoffa to detail a wild and dangerous tour incident in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The chaos started when a local "star" confronted Special Ed's DJ (Action). The situation immediately escalated when Alvin Toney (who discovered Craig Mack) jumped the local, leading to armed locals chasing the tour members.

Little Shawn recounts his panic, discarding his Profile Records jacket and running for his life alongside Erick Sermon. He highlights the viral moment where Erick Sermon yelled, "Hurry up Shawn! They're gonna kill us!!!" as they fled and were forced to hide in the woods and ditches from locals searching with flashlights. Shawn reveals that while they were hiding, Special Ed was caught in the parking lot and jumped, and his man Diesel was pistol-whipped and needed staples. The story illustrates the extreme danger of touring during the '80s crack era, where local money-getters heavily resented New York artists coming into their town.
