Crystals for anxiety and crystals for stress are two of the most searched phrases in this hobby, and these are the seven stones people reach for when they want a steadier, quieter mind. For each one you get where it really came from, the room it belongs in, and how to spot the fake before you pay.
The free Crystal Reset Guide is linked below. It walks you through cleansing, charging and programming the stones you already own, in the right order, and what to use when you have no sage and the moon is behind the clouds. It takes about four minutes.

5 Crystals That Help You Sleep Deeply: 5 Crystals That Help You Sleep Deeply Ever...
About the Video:
Seven. Celestite. A cave of pale blue crystal sits under a family winery on Lake Erie, found in 1897 by a winemaker digging a well for his vines. Look up celestite meaning and what comes back is a stone of quiet, which is why a celestite crystal belongs high on a shelf in the room where you sit of an evening, kept out of a bright window, because the blue fades.
Six. Sodalite. The deep royal blue a princess liked enough to have 130 tons of it shipped to London in 1901. Sodalite meaning, in practitioner terms, is the stone for a mind that keeps drafting the same worried list, so a sodalite crystal goes on the desk or the kitchen table where that thinking actually happens. It gets sold as lapis lazuli constantly, and the gold flecks are the tell.
Five. Larimar. It comes from one mountainside in the Dominican Republic and nowhere else on earth. A Dominican man named Miguel Mendez traced the blue pebbles up a river in 1974 and named the stone for his daughter Larissa and the Spanish word for sea. With only one mine, larimar crystal is one of the most faked stones there is, and the irregular white webbing separates a real one from dyed resin.
Four. Aquamarine. The sailor's stone, sacred to the god of the sea, thrown into the waves by Roman crews in the worst of a storm as an offering to buy back a little calm. The aquamarine meaning that survives from that is the stone you carry into the day you are dreading. Buying an aquamarine gemstone, trust a soft cool blue, and watch for the tiny round bubbles that give away glass.
Three. Kunzite. Pink crystals turned up near Pala, California in 1902 and were named for George Frederick Kunz of Tiffany's. A kunzite gemstone fades in sunlight, which is why collectors call it the evening stone, and why a kunzite crystal lives in a bedside drawer instead of on a sill. Turn a real one in your fingers and the pink shifts and deepens from one angle to the next.
Two. Prehnite. The first mineral ever named after a real person, a Dutch colonel who died before anyone told him. It carries no ancient tradition, and I say so plainly in the video. Modern practitioners call it the healer's stone, the one for the person who does the worrying for the whole family. It also gets sold as jade or Cape emerald at a jade price.
One. Amethyst. The one most likely already in your house. Catherine the Great sent expedition after expedition into the Ural Mountains for the deep violet grade still called Siberian. That same purple is now grown in a tank in a matter of weeks, so be a little suspicious of a flawless, evenly coloured piece at a low price.
If you are new to crystal healing, the last few minutes cover where each one goes in a home, and the three to start with instead of all seven.
