I’m going through my me-mades and fixing fit or other issues that are bugging me! And finally started patterning a series of coats and jackets I have been meaning to make for ages.

Your chicken dish is giving me ideas. 😁

Thank you for all you share. 😊❤

I love these types of videos! They really resonate with where I am with my wardrobe right, I really don't feel much shopping temptation, but I do need a bit of a kick in the butt to deal with the big pile of thrift flips and mending.

I'm currently working on a historical sewing project! It's a Tudor era shirt with neck and cuff ruffles for my husband

The stripes on the denim jacket look so good!! It definitely enhances the jacket and the patches 😊

Round these parts we call denim on denim a Canadian tuxedo!

All your recipes teach me something new about American cuisine! Chicken cobbler sounds sooo yummy.

I was really doubting the jacket while you were painting it but it turned out so good! I see the vision now

Needed this as motivation to get going on my apron project (which was supposed to be a easy afternoon project…..) PS That’s one of my all-time favorite seasons of taskmaster! Love your channel ❤

I’m knitting on my scrap blanket today. I’m fully burnt out on the summer knits & desperate to knit with wool 😂 so rather then cast on more wips I’m putting some work into this guy today

You should know that I return to your channel every time I am in a sewing routine/lacking inspiration, you always help. ❤ Today I will be sewing a little more of my current project - sewing a hoodie. 😊

Hi! Love watching your videos! I am working on the cloud blouse knit pattern while watching you. It's taking forever 🫠

I've also had a bug in my ear to finish some projects I've left unfinished! Hemmed a couple skirts and am most of the way through finishing a fantasy kind of chemise situation. I love the ruffle on the dress neckline, it really elevated the look, and I bet it's going to be very cute with the lace if you switch it out. The marker on the jean jacket is so fun!! I love the patches and your mom's pin 😍😍 that's a great transition season piece!

The jacket looks awesome, I'm glad you can finally wear your patches. I always appreciate this type of video, great inspiration and motivation to continue moving through my own mend/upcycle pile.

I just finished a whole skirt! French seams, pockets, piecing because I had such limited thrifted fabric, just don't look too closely at the hem lol. I feel so proud of myself and motivated to sew more. For better or worse The Pile is still going strong, so I have lots more projects to choose from.

I have several projects I have put off doing and you've inspired me to finish them!
I make dog bed covers for my Chihuahuas to climb into and remain covered. They are cold even when its 107 outside like today, Tucson Arizona.
I use old sweat shirts. A few simple alterations and I place the dog bed inside.  The waist band keeps it closed up. They burrow inside and stay toasty warm. I don't have to stop what I'm doing to cover them up. They love them, I love them, win win! Thank you for the inspiration!

Amazing job tackling all those projects! Consider one of those curved upholstery needles for covering grommets in future. Less going back and forth for your hands!

I just started the video but I had to say your hair looks gorgeous! 😍 we need a tutorial haha

Lovely to have your company as I make my Protea Pants from Paraidse Patterns.
Well done for getting the videos out! We so appreciate your creativity. And remember, this too shall pass (coming from someone who 9 months ago was at an extreme low, so speaking from personal experience).
Lots of love from Wales. UK. x

I found it funny that you referred to denim on denim as a Texan Tuxedo. In Canada we call it a Canadian Tuxedo 😂

The ribbon neckline was very inspiring. And it's sweet to see your placemat bodice again! Since seeing you use them Ive made one with placemats too.. the covered grommets look great and even better in the various colors. I love how prominent but cohesive the grommets become when embroidered over.

Your hair is so pretty in the reveals 🤎

Also I'm curious what that patch with the shoes and record says? Is it about Northern soul?

I'm also adding patches to my project! Tho mine are to hide a brand.

I love this type of videos! It's very motivating to finish my own projects😁 I'm currently working on a super ruffled skirt in pink and brown fabrics... it's going to be so cute!!🩷🤎🩷🤎
