Horrific details emerged during testimony about the murder of 6-year-old Julia Padrino. A forensic pathologist testified that Julia was in an advanced stage of decomposition when her body was examined. Julia, her sister Daniella Padrino, and their mother, Gladys Machado, were found murdered in 2012. Machado’s husband, Alberto Sierra, has pleaded guilty to the killings. A jury is now deciding whether Sierra should be sentenced to death or life in prison.

He looks both appalled and angry; I think his sideways angry stares are directed at the children's father. It seems he is squeamish when seeing the photographic evidence of his murder(s). Dangerous man.

I can not stand how the woman attorney doesn’t look and ask questions to witness also known as medical examiner. She ask questions looking at jury and with her tone would make me uncomfortable and intimidating. Look at who your asking questions

I truly.understand why people call for the death penalty, especially for crimes such as this. However, I personally think that life without parole in general population would be far more appropriate. Perhaps with a medic on hand to make sure things don't get out of hand too quickly.
