hey about AA ambush FOB
if I get killed by AA
I will 100% not focus on that game main objective , I will hunt the guys who kill me

Running harassment with gun humvees is a valid strategy through the whole match. You can do a wide circle and get behind an enemy team with a drive-by and break a formation. They are a force multiplier, and even pulling one to a frontline can give your team a lot of lot of fire and enable a push. Not to mention you can throw a supply crate in the back and drop it to keep your allies topped off. Looking forward to doing more of it.

I see we are all enjoying a break from Tarkov haha

18:20 Also, as pictured here, reloading an RPG by grabbing a rocket from a vehicle inventory is quicker than doing the animation.

Makeshift mechanized anti-air is a brilliant idea. Just reposition after each kill and they'll never find you

A major point for the anti-vehicle drone that I didn't understand at first, is that you have to 'arm' the drone before smashing into targets, because without it, the drone just crashes and barely does any damage (if at all). Arming is when you lock on and the red square is visible.

I really enjoyed using the m249 humvee as a mobile resupply and mechanized infantry role. we would run in a group of 3 and use the utility slot to fill it up with meds, grenades, ammo etc. roll up the the HZ and provide resources and covering fire for revives and pushing positions. The humvee is actually very durable, it can take about 4-5 RPGs depending on where it gets hit. considering that, you can quite literally provide mobile cover for medics trying to revive and not be "too" worried about getting insta gibbed like the kodiak.

Another tip for doing guerilla stuff, I believe the ghillie suit stops you from generating kill cams, which I assume would work if you're in an AA launcher. Could significantly slow how long it takes the enemy to find you

One big use of towers, whatever you put under them is safe from mortars.

I bring severely marked up medical supplies to my teammates so now they hate me

I fear the day i get virtually luigi mangioni’d

Remember the mini map can be zoomed out to see the entire battle field so you can see what is happening and where spotted aircraft are. Makes the AA launcher in a vehicle so much better.

Just did the Ambush fob twice. Basically made green stop completely. They sent trucks and ambush sorties trying to get us. Its crazy how much of a benefit you give your team early on by atopping them

Me and some of the lads did the logi road harassment but with the M249 Kodiak and some RPGs. Works really well too because when we ran out of RPGs we just used the M249 and drove around murdering enemy drivers, and stealing their vehicles.

24:40 also, if you have a buddy or even just a random on your team that happens to be a menace in the littlebird/havoc, spotting is crazy strong because the guy in the chopper can see all of your pings. I leveled scout and made insane amounts of money doing this with my brother during the beta. You can also spot fobs, aa, drill structures as well as other choppers/vehicles etc. Pretty much any high priority targets can be spotted and pinged in real time to your pilot. Its reallllly strong

We had 3 drills running last night, 5 mortars and a AA gun...up until that point i didn't know any of that was a thing

Some notes about some of the strategies in this video;

1) Cash rewards for killing people outside the zone are much lower than inside the zone, and may be even lower in Early Access making them less sustainable over the course of a match.
2) The drill strategy is currently very strong, but will fall off as an "auto-win" strategy as everyone unlocks ways to blow up bases from a safe distance (I've already had teams completely collapse due to concentrated artillery fire) or build their own drills.
3) AT mines are king of the road. I was playing with someone who drove a pickup full of AT mines and as a passenger I could throw them out of the back of the pickup without stopping the truck. Once you unlock them there's almost no need for Hedgehogs or other roadblockers.
4) C4 thrown from a humvee is stupidly strong. If the enemy doesn't have an RPG or other anti-armour weapon available you can literally drive into their bases and have a squad of guys throw C4 out the windows without any risk of dying. Just don't pull the trigger too early.

16:41 You can open the crate without deploying it on the ground. Also, when filling crates, set the price to $0 (100% discount) so you don't lose cash.

The forward observer tactic is literally how I got to infra-red spotters within 1 day of play time during the most recent beta that just closed. The infra-red spotters are absolutely nuts. If someone on the enemy team has them, and all they're doing is spotting from an amazing spot, you're fucked. There is literally NO hiding from them unless you're wearing a ghillie suit. I was spotting people EASILY from 1000M away, it was legitimately like a mobile money printer. When you unlock the Ghillie suit too and just stick to spotting people, forget about it. You'll make like 200K a match easily.

Was just doing the Guerilla RPG strat on land vehicles, but gotta say the Buggy is best for this. No storage sucks, but the Buggy STICKS to the ground and takes some hard corners, making it the best get away vehicle in my opinion

If you build the ambush fob on a main road, you could get here with 2 or 3 ural (you need something who comes with you) and block helis AND veichles, almost completely blocking enemies from reaching the hot zone, obliviously they can pick a secondary road, but big part of the team will be too occupied to deal with you, maybe you can get a friendly heli to drop ammo, bandages and rocket so you can deal with tanks too
