Timestamps below (for once).

Explanation for challenge no. 3: Hinano asked them to do a couple things, and teams that did them well got to choose ingredients to use. I might be wrong, been a couple days since I watched the actual stream.

If you are confused by the subtitles, note that they are (almost) always in the same positions for each speaker: bottom center for Hinano, bottom left for Hendy and Aizawa, and bottom-center/right-aligned for Sumire and Naraka.

I spent way too long on this video (several days), so I'm now a day late on the daily videos challenge. Only 7 videos left, though, so I'll try my best to push through -- it'd be lame as hell to give up with only a week left.

Last long upload for 2022. How have you guys been spending your Christmas holidays? We're going through a bad cold snap here in the Pacific NW, but I've also found employment, albeit meagre, for the next few months, so there's at least one thing for me to look forward to in 2023.

At times, I've thought of myself (in an egregiously obnoxious manner) as some sort of 'spokesperson' for VSPO or other VTubers I tend to translate, but I've been trying to take a step back from being so invested and unduly self-righteous. I'm gradually re-adopting my initial attitude towards clipping, which was purely motivated by what I wanted to do and what I wanted to see.

Ironically, however, I find myself watching streams more and more, especially those of indie and small corporate (< 5k subs) VTubers - contrast this with how I used to rarely watch streams. However, this could equally be due to the utterly insane volume of end-of-year content from all corners of the (Japanese) VTuber community, from the very largest corporations and all the way down.

Such torrents of content often feels nauseating to me. Likewise, the mere thought of YouTube Shorts, Instagram, TikTok, etc. elicits a visceral, acrid sensation. Perhaps it's my age, or perhaps it's just some incorrigible predisposition. Regardless, I'm the type of person who, when presented with too many options, would either forgo consumption altogether or pick the most accessible/practical option.

As such, I unfortunately won't be keeping tabs on most, if any, holiday-related streams over the next week or so, besides those from a handful of channels that I follow with wretched religiousity, namely, those of Ichinose Uruha, Wotamin (the utaite), and Kitakoji Hisui.

If you're also as much a degenerate VTuber enthusiast as I am (or perhaps the opposite, whatever that is), how are you navigating this bottomless abyss of content?

Finally, Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. Let's rest up and welcome 2023 with open arms. It might not be any better than the previous years, but we can try to make it such, if not at least for ourselves.

clean freak that wasn't so clean in cooking...
That's a new one

When your teamate in a cooking competition is Ema, you have lost. Poor Hendy.
