For a live Beatpella performance, pretty much everyone will 100% recommend that you watch their live performance of “Eternal Ember” (performed live at the T1 Homeground) that was recently posted on their channel. It’s an original song from their new EP, and it’s an INCREDIBLE live performance. It’s also probably Yella’s best vocal performance too.

guys i love your reactions to beatpellahouse and i would love to see you react to their performance Eternal Ember LIVE on stage (since you wanna see them live)

The bass technique Wing was doing when he was singing Maniac is called throat bass (basically like Mongolian throat singing). However, you were mentioning how some beatboxers can sing multiple notes simultaneously, which is a separate technique called polyphonic singing.

Yella E is such a vocal chameleon. She is awesome! This whole group is astounding!!

7:10 This part is so funny because what Hiss is doing is called Fart Bass xD

You got to watch the video "1 Beatboxer | 30 Basses" by the Bestboxer DLow, he is one of the world's best and shows different techniques of how people do those things super low Bass sounds 😊

Tuvan throat singing involves producing harmonic overtones far above the low bass tones. Yes, they can sing more than one note at the same time. Wing's throat bass uses some of these techniques, or something similar.

Throat bass gives you at least 2 notes. One being the note you sing and the other is the same note an octave below from the throat vibration. If you position your mouth just right and keep the sound consistent you can get what is called overtones or extra notes that just naturally happen from hitting the perfect frequency. I don't know exactly how it works in science, but overtones are the crazy extra notes you can hear!

The bass the blonde(Hiss) was doing is called the "fart bass"

@jake29t1 1 year ago

If you want to see how they achieve the bass sounds. There is a video by a great beatboxer named D-Low where he demonstrates 30 different types of bass sounds that you could check out.

But the simple answer is that the lowest frequencies of bass that beatboxers produce is done with lip vibration, rather than being a vocally produced sound.

6:59 That's Hiss, the blonde guy, doing a technique called (really) fart bass. Top lip over bottom lip, exhaling air and vibrating them like playing a tuba almost. In other parts of the video, and in most of their songs in fact, the deep sub-bass is usually Huckle, the dark-haired (in this video) guy on the right. He is the group's bass specialist, with insanely deep lip rolls (actually an inhale technique). Wing, the tall glasses guy on the left, also has insane throat bass and really good lip rolls. Depending on the needs of the song arrangement, all 3 of them can perform or swap out bass parts at will, even harmonizing or layering multiple basslines.
