Hey man, im actually the LMP2 guy from the crash... I do apologie for that move, after i saw your pov i admit it was my fault, i just tried to stay with the other lmp2 because we were fighting for p2 and, after i saw a bit of a gap, i just went for it. I admit that it was an idiotic move and i just had to say sorry. Hope to see you again on the grid!

27:19 LMP2 should have backed off and allow you to stay on the racing line. The other options was for you to fly off the race line having to heavily brake to accommodate him or for you to teleport out of his way. 100% on him.

I think the incident was avoidable. When faster cars in close groups close in on you I think you can anticipate the trailing cars very often want to use the same gap the lead car uses, and don't want to lose time. With that in mind, a wider line on that fast corner was a safer bet, taking the racing line is gambling the 2nd LMP2 will back off heading into on an important fast corner.

I love how you open up the debate to your community, anyways. My two pence, based on previous laps it looked like you turned for Copse earlier than normal. At the point of contact with the LMP2, you trajectory is heading to the right of the curb. I'd be interested to know what would have happened if that LMP2 wasnt there and you took that line, as I think the LMP2 actually stopped you from going around based on your counter steering just prior to contact. It's six in one, half a dozen in another imo. Love your content Rev, keep it up.

👏🏾😀Great video and race. Very humble you always are, and too call yourself out. I feel that p2 incident was more miscalculation/misunderstanding. If I were the p2, personally seeing the leader barely clip through... I might've waited to fight another day in such a tight section. But I hope all was well with the other player.

Happens all the time. He was quite ambitious trying to lob it in there of all places.

Just one of those split second decisions the LMP2 driver had to make that probably only lots more multi class racing can help you improve. But i think even in real Lemans Series this stuff happens. Cracking race though

Copse is such a hard corner to manage traffic. LMP2's fault but one I can sympathise with, such an easy to make. The door closes in a split second.

Hi Rev, love the livery mate. It definitely was your line and you had the right to take it! however knowing how LMP2 drive probably would have an expectation he would do that. But not on you mate.
