I was waiting for you to drop a bomb at the end. Like he would realize that wasn't his dad he got off the mountain...😱

A really psychologically fulfilling story.

These plus the alien space stories and the real life alien encounters is how I fall asleep. I think it has to do more with the voice than anything. But the strange encounter stories can get a tad to interesting and I end up staying awake listening to the plot lol.

I did the 17 mile hike on the North Cascades alone when I was 21. It was amazing. Summertime.

That's a smart protagonist.

That was creepy good! Love the story telling voice and pace. Very, very good.

Living in Oregon I am quite familiar with the Cascades of Oregon and Washington.  Always love hearing stories based in this range of mountains.  Would love to hear something based around Mount St. Helens.  That area was strange before the eruption but even more so now.

LOLOL! Oh-can-a-gan (Oak-an-nog-an)  LMAO!

I was pleasantly surprised by how good the story was. The title caught my attention and at first I thought I'd be disappointed, but it had me once he had reached the maintenance yard. I really enjoyed the discrete way the story unfolded and it kept me listening closely to every word. Really interesting story, I'll be looking forward to another story. Thank you

I've done motorcycle overnight trips on highway 20 to Winthrop. Make the loop come back in on 90.

Good Story! Really gripped me.

Thank you, team INSOMNIA STORIES!!!

Thank you so much ❤

I really loved this very good, very enjoyable story, 😊 🙏, these stories are my favorite background fuel for my paint by numbers paintings, a big thank you ❤❤😊😊

Snowmobiling from Chelan towards Winthrop is some of the most scenic around.

thank you

Thank you😊

One of the creepiest I heard so far. Stay safe everyone 💗

I have been on 20 and know where Winthrop  though farther west over towards whidbey out to 5. The snow out east on 20 usually has it closed most of the winter till June and beyond like certain roads through Mt Rainier,  I still have a few pictures of the old Paradise buildings, not the crap new ones up there.
