Watch a Sikorsky S-64 Skycrane draw thousands of gallons of water in under a minute while supporting firefighters battling California's Tamarack Fire.

This heavy-lift firefighting helicopter uses a snorkel system to refill its 2,650-gallon water tank directly from a dip site, allowing it to rapidly return to aerial firefighting operations.

The footage was recorded on August 11, 2021, during suppression operations on the Tamarack Fire in California.
