The foccacia is supposed to be light and fluffy and about a 1/2 thick. Pasta is never good when drowning in sauce, they should compliment each other not overpower each other. The pizza was overcooked and looked very dry. Thin and crispy is fine but it should be crispy thin layers of airy dough not one crispy dry base. Whoever makes their dough for pizza and foccacia needs to go back to school and learn some basics.
I'm going to Puerto Rico for two weeks with my daughter in September '25, I think I'll be doing a lot of cooking going by the food I've seen in your videos esp as my daughter is vegetarian.
