So, MGSV has less bossfights than a pachinko game?

"Struggling toward suicide"
- A Japanese gamer about Game Pachislots

I feel ya bud.

clearly the dance was to remind you guys of the basics of CQC.

>Goes to japan.

>has his soul crushed by slot machines

>returns with hair greying on the sides

konami did it, they finally destroyed George's soul.

They missed a trick by not making one for 4 and calling it Guns of the Pachislots.

My god...look at those awesome character models....i want to punch the monitor..

Pachinko? You twist your arm to shoot the balls?

That's more of a revolver tactic

You are above even The Bunnyhop. I hereby award you the title of Big Bunnyhop. You are a true patriot.

You gave your life
Not for honor
But for us

YEN EATER

This is so painful to watch.
Why're we still here... Just to suffer?

The Google translation of the Japanese comments is surprisingly passable, but I gave it a go myself for good measure:

コナミの社長や社員はＴＶゲーム製作を恥と感じているらしいが、パチスロはいいのか？パチスロのほうがはるかに恥かしいと思うがね

"It seems like people at Konami feel like developing console games is embarrassing, but what about pachislot? I think pachislot is way more embarrassing, personally."

"Who wants this? Get this shit out of Japan."

"Some people say this is how a company aiming for profits should look like. To me it looks like they're aiming for suicide, though."

Since I'm doing this already, here are some other comments from the same article:

サイレントヒルもドラキュラもパチになってたから、もう別に何とも思わないな

"I don't even care anymore. Not after they turned Silent Hill and Castlevania into pachislot too."

"Wow, Konami are being full of themselves .."

"FucKonami, huh? That hashtag really fits recent Konami perfectly. Considering what pachi parlors do, it's hard to think they lead honest business, and from what I hear they even treat employees, who previously used to be game developers, like shit. Damn man, why couldn't they let go of something that's not a famous IP, for once? Like Rumble Roses... or Rumble Roses, lol"

You really didn't have to suffer through this just for us.

who's here after MGS delta to see how this looks in comparishun to that?? love ya george!

After some thought, I think that "dance" at 3:31 is supposed to be Snake's running animation, which you can also see in the Snake Eater 3D loading screen. The way Snake runs might be a meme in Japan.

But where's the ramen noodle machine? 1/10

"MetalGearSolidBE" "French website"
Prepare for angry belgians, you fool

Fun fact: One of the most difficult Platinum trophies in existence is for Evangelion Pachinko, which has a cheevo with odds so low that platinum hunters recommend dedicating a PS3 to it 24/7 and even then it can take years of just letting the game play itself and hoping you get the ridiculous quad score superball crazy-type beast mode shit.

Boss: Jack I must give you a final order..
Naked Snake: Anything

Konami: HIT THE FUCKING LEVER!!!
