I love how deep and personal this conversation was. It didn't feel forced and you can tell Raven has an open mind (especially being on "Sorry We're Cyrus") with talking and opening up to Tish Cyrus, considering the unfairness treatment by Disney with Miley being put higher on a pedestal due to obvious reasons. Raven is THAT girl and will always be the goat of Disney, of course Miley too, in their own respective ways.

I could never be jealous of my child. I would feel proud. I want them to succeed their dreams. The guilt I would feel for taking their money would eat at me. I couldn’t and wouldn’t.

Exercise doesnt have to mean going to the gym. It can be rock climbing, dancing, soccer, yoga, tai chi, walking/hiking, etc. Find an activity that included movement/being physically active, it will make getting "exercise" easier and more enjoyable mentally.

My mom was in a car accident when she was 7 years old and her entire body was mangled and she had to be in a cast for years. They told her she wouldn’t be able to have children so around 26 she adopted my older sister and I came when she turned 30. I never would’ve thought my sister was adopted if I wasn’t told, that’s just how much love she was given just like me and the rest of our siblings that came after. Adoption can be BEAUTIFUL

This is your sign to visit your parents more often! Especially if you came from a close one, your parents miss you. Now those videos of people getting together and surprising their parents and their parents hysterically crying make sense. I will visit my mom more often now thank you Tish🫶🏽

I resonate so much with trish and her parents story. My dad met my mom while she was pregnant and signed my birth certificate and has been the best dad. I can hardly type that without tearing up. My mom lost many kids to the system and the fact that my dad chose me will stay with me forever. The amount of gratitude you have when someone picks you and does right is big
