It never ceases to amaze me how these selfish/arrogant/narcissistic/stupid antagonists can't see the evidence in front of them that they are the problem until it's way too late for it to do them any good. Add in Hana antagonists committing crimes for the most petty reasons and it's no wonder you never feel bad when these guys fail.

Honestly, I even wonder why the father decided to leave the company such piece of trash in the first place, considering his way of thinking totally selfish and beyond the pathetic.
I mean: the guy that literally warned him seemed more suitable for the position and instead nothing...so what the hell?!
I'd want to know what the previous was thinking to be honest, because after hearing the MC, there is no possible way he would EVER give the own company to someone that was willing even to use "criminal" methods, in order to get what he wants.

DUDE! You realize that a business runs on the numbers but you refuse to acknowledge that the numbers you insist on WILL KILL A COMPANY DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU!!! If you partners go out of business then SO DO YOU! How do such idiots get to be CEOs? If it's by inheritance then people need to know that business acumen is NOT genetic!

The logic of the antagonist in this story is breathtaking. Why would you try to destroy the very company that you are trying to get materials from? Seems counterintuitive to your goals. Also how is Makoto supposed to help you fix the issue of you submitting fake documents to the Tax Agency?

Even if he succeed on badmouthing the employees including Makoto, it's already decided that the company will tumble if his policy to cut off the cost would be in jeopardy. As every industry figure including the chairman sided with Makoto, Taichi's questionable forging the documents to the tax office is his ONE WAY TICKET TO JAIL.

The chairman and other major figures are totally on Makoto on this one, proving that Makoto's policy have been appreciated. And the best of all? He can finally enjoy the moment with Hana as they rejoice for their first born. What a cute family ❤❤❤❤❤
