Life has changed completely since I returned home after 18 years away. Every day brings new work, new challenges, and new memories as I rebuild my life in the village and embrace a simple, off-grid lifestyle.

From early morning work to clearing land, farming, preparing firewood, working around the homestead, cooking, visiting the river, and handling the everyday challenges of rural life — this is what my new daily routine looks like.

There are no shortcuts here. Just hard work, patience, community, and the beauty of African village life. ❤️
