WOOHOO!!! A little snack to hold us over till Sunday. It's nice to see the "behind the scenes" on the core house. It's going to look beautiful when it's done.
This house looks pretty promising for content! Drains are looking better already. It’s counterintuitive that a 45 degree slope is worse than the 1/4” per foot slope. It isn’t so much a problem for liquids it’s the, um, solids that don’t do well at 45 degrees. You don’t want them to get stranded while the water flows away.
I'm actually surprised, but delighted, you didn't attempt to redo the plumbing yourselves. I know you COULD HAVE done it but nice to have it all professionally completed per codes. Definitely nice to see you twice a week. Keep it up. HUGS from the old man it Utah...again.
ooo look at all that shiny new ducting! love it! and so very cool that you're posting to this 2nd channel again. thank you so much for the extra footage. I can't wait for all the future projects and developments in store for you (and us) on this property. Excellent as always!
So glad to see you pulling down all the drywall and just starting from scratch. I know you are both up to the job, take care and thanks for sharing your journey.
Wow. Your can-do spirit is amazing. At the beginning of the video i was ready for a massive demolition, BUT, you two, being who you are, said naw...we can fix this and (bazinga!), it was done. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I feel better now.
After watching this video I noticed that your cordwood house has a FPE (federal pioneer) electrical panel. I would recommend that you have that panel replaced with a newer brand of panel. FPE has quite making the breakers so a different company has started making them. They are hard to get and fairly expensive. Just a heads up ladies. Glad to see your doings thing’s right
What a fricken treat! This is my weekend - while I'm cleaning house, you two show up! All that looks overwhelming. Glad you had someone come in and fix it. I really do enjoy these raw vlogs. Merry Wednesday: DDDDDuUUuUUuuUcking!!
