What's cool about your coaching is that you're not just making sure lily's developing in the game, but also making sure her mental and emotional state is ok during her development. You're not just a coach, but also a good friend. HUGE RESPECT FOR YA PhiDX!!!

Would you believe me if I told you that LilyPichu has never opened the move list for any character since she has started playing Tekken 😂
Even when trying other characters she just does the combo challenges. The addiction is real.

Ironically, sidestepping to pretend that I’m good is how I started to learn how to sidestep 😂

Lily with the demonic voice and your reaction was hillarious.
I really hope we get to see both of you together again.
Super cool and entertaining dynamic with great progress as a result.

You are a great coach and inspiration 👍

Learning combos is kind of like learning a piece of music. You learn to press the right buttons (notes) and do it with the right timing and get a satisfying result. As a musician I can relate to Lili, learning combos is so satisfying

I don't blame her, combos are THEE most fun part of any fighting game and so addicting when that hard combo becomes you bread and butter

The Lili saga was great to watch man, watching her combo fiend self discovery was amazing. Love seeing new Tekken players having fun with this game.

I'm honestly the same way, and I think a lot of people are too. Sometimes I just get on the game to do combos for two hours and never even play online. A friend said to me the other day "I'd rather lose a match than drop the combo" and I've never heard something more real tbh.

You could use the urge to do combos to your advantage. I was practicing throw breaks, i set the dummy to do all three breaks, then each 5 consecutive successful breaks i would duck the throw and launch him. If i failed a break the counter would reset, if i used the wrong break i would sit there and watch the animation because mashing out wrong breaks was a bad habbit i was trying to quit. Later i got better and raised it to 10.

Honestly, it might work in your case as well, i am not sure how to implant it tho😂
