Simon: “Do you have vacancy?”
Receptionist: “No English”
Simon: “Ahh no problem, do you have vacancy?”

"Oscar Piastri, what a guy!", love that he does and says the exact same things wether it's a waiter in some restaurant or an F1 driver.

Simon gets on a train, relentlessly walks the whole train greeting everyone.

Dude that VIP experience you got in Monaco was INSANE.  I didn't expect you to actually be walking and talking with Oscar.  That was really cool.  McLaren is my favorite constructor, and this just cemented it... there's some good people on that team.

Simon: I couldn't get any sleep!     Also Simon: let me have a double-espresso at 11 pm

Fair play to McLaren saying "if its in your dice rolls we will be there with VIP passes"  And Oscar Piastri getting a "what a guy" is strait legendary.

I met you at the Ventimiglia station while I was with my father, you were very kind

I work in at a Vegas casino and I have to get a break every hour for 20 minutes.  This is the BEST way to spend every hour.  Watching Simon and his personality rubs off on me and I go back into the casino floor shining bright!

Crazy how he just casually meets and has a chat with Oscar Piastri. He seems like a class act

Have to love how the hotel he stayed at in Ventimiglia had no system whatsoever; could have stayed the night & left the hotel without anyone charging him a cent - the most chill hotel 🥶

"Hi, can I check out?"
"No"
😂

This was definitely a good move by the McLaren PR team!

No one does long form Youtube storytelling like you mate .. absolutely fantastic

Simon wins the Best Mini-Series on YouTube this year(so far)—outstanding content with great storytelling and always great "roll-the-die" cliffhangers. We're all super glad he made it to Monte Carlo (where I visited just a few months ago) and met the McLaren team. Kudos, Simon! You're a legend!

Seeing Simon on the Sky Sports F1 broadcast mid race in the McLaren garage I just knew he wouldn’t let us down!!! Absolute credit to ya Simon!! Another fantastic yet gripping adventure!! 💙

Simon: I slept 10 hours in a Week max.
Also Simon at 10PM: can i get a doubble Espresso? 😂😂

Casually having a chat with the current f1 drivers championship leader isn’t something I expected to see on this channel. Amazing effort Simon!

As someone who works in television, this is what the future looks like. Such compelling content, such passion and truly incredible storytelling. Keep the content coming and keep being you.

This has to be one of the most epic travel series on youtube ever!
Simon you are a true inspiration.

I missed these kinds of videos, the only youtuber that actually makes me watch a series
