In a world of businesses cutting corners and using AI slop, we have Pj and Sophie making gorgeous art for Dan and Phil, and the care & attention is so obvious. AI could never.

this video alone made me want to buy the calendar purely to support the sheer amount of love, labour & creativity that went into creating the costumes and sets. amazing work, PJ and team!

Maximum craft, minimal cry

OK but PJ asking Phil "Do you think you have a larger head than me?" and Dan responding "yes" immediately was VERY delightful.

“THANK YOU PJ” we all say in unison

Edit: and Sophie, her mom Steph, Silvia, and the rest of the team ofc🫶

this is ridiculously impressive. i loved the use of lighting throughout every scene to highlight different props and set pieces and create different atmospheres! it was really cool to see how you considered the lights from the initial designs, to cut outs, to being in the space. it really made me appreciate all of the different “moving parts” working together to create magic! congratulations to the whole team on a beautiful end result

in the age of endless horrible ai slop, this is absolutely DELIGHTFUL to see!!!!! DIY FOREVERRRRRRR

The gatekeeping of how they transported all this to the studio without disaster is the real genius here...

dan and phil had been harping on everywhere about how "PJ and Sophie holed themselves and went all out' and how extravagant everything was and I have to say after watching this, even that is an understatement. You crushed it! i loved watching this with my whole heart!

The fact I don’t own this calendar is the worst fomo i’ve ever experienced in my life

The minds of PJ and Sophie (and the rest of the team) never cease to amaze me with how talented and creative they are. Every little detail added was so great. Dan and Phil are so lucky to have you as their friend. Excellent work. This was so much fun to watch.

as a theater director who also makes a ton of crafts for their projects and has always felt a little unsure of myself i want to say THANK YOU for this!! you guys did absolutely amazing and have inspired me to keep going with creating my pieces for theater :)

"The Hogs of Hoglinburg" for their group chat name is so funny 😂

the crafty power couple is honestly everything i aspire to be in life

watching PJ and Sophie's creative process coming up with the entire sets is SO cool and really emphasises how much thought and work went behind the calendar. thank you for sharing the behind the scenes <3

7:30 I love how it’s Dan that responds

PJ--as someone who has always secretly wished to be a props maker, you (and sophie, and sophie's mom) have absolutely inspired me to think big and start small. absolutely incredible work and i'm honored that you brought us through the process of it all! brb getting my cardboard out

i’m so in awe of the attention to detail and cleverness with use of lighting and perspective to get a shot. all the little inside jokes and things that have your (collective) fingerprint on it warms my heart

I always loved handcrafted stuff like this but nowadays it feels even more special considering the amount of lazy people who resort to using AI slop for literally any creative project 💜

PJ and Sophie are really out here playing professional dressup with Dan and Phil. Honestly goals.
