These are beautiful memories and great tribute. Sipendi kuskia mtu anadownplay what president Kibaki did.

Dennis and Ngoni, you're the best, you remind us that free primary children were given exercise books, pencils, rubbers. A great president!!

I was also at Uhuru Park at 7am that day Kibaki was sworn in. It was a memorable event that was full of mixed emotions.

If it were not for kibaki watu wengi hawangesoma

I am one of the pioneers of the free education. That man did us good. May he rest in peace

President Kibaki set the bar so high that is why Kenyans can't take nonsense from Ruto.

Ooooh yees..nimugutwandika thirì😂😂

I had given up going to high school, my dad called us (me and my brother) from the forest farm in mount Kenya “President amesema muende shule hata kama hatuna pesa”  Kibaki was/is my hero !!

I remember Sally Kosgei weeping uncontrollably

Wagachūgūma😂😂😂😂

Kama si Kibaki wazazi wengi wange struggle kulipa school fees back in the days

I am a product of that Baks era education, 03 nilikuwa class 5 bana
