Judge Stephanie Boyd presides over State v. Xavier Chamberlain. The case involves assault of a family or household member with a prior conviction. It is a felony case.

Chamberlain accepted responsibility and asked for treatment and a chance to move forward. Judge Boyd reviewed his history and declined probation. He was sentenced to five years in prison.

I gueantee the American taxpayer has paid for education, housing, medical care and everything else, even law services for this family

This counselor was bought and paid for via the MS 13 Gang. The lawyer, the Counselor, etc. , are likely getting paid substantially for their involvement in this heinous crime. The prosecutor that's questioning the "Counselor" knows this exact thing is going on, and he puts the counselor in his place as to the validity of his witness statement in the court. Watching a former prosecutor and now a judge, it's satisfying watching her tear apart this perp's testimony prior to sentencing. She was obviously a very good prosecutor!

As a pledge to MS-13, he had to participate in crime before they would "Patch" him in. Further prerequisites include murder and rape of victims, as well as rival gang members. The "Patch" in this case is in the form of MS-13 Ink.

Going through life in the sixties, seventies, eighties, and nineties, I've done my share of stupid shit when it comes to certain drugs. However, I never robbed anyone, beat up or shot anyone, because it was fundamentally wrong on all accounts. My point is that blaming drugs for your behavior is bullshit.

This defense lawyer and mental health professional aren’t even Americans born. It sounds like the pipe line of this gang has professionals learning the system enough to keep these kids out of American court system. This proves the point that gangs are not held accountable. Mental health is too easy to plead. It’s amazing the mental health guy gave him his alibi. He’s got a masters in the USA and the cent is so thick. All this murder proves the gangs is family life.

The telling story is when Judge Boyd rattles off all the other cases pending in other jurisdictions; and then states that what she's sentencing him to will run concurrent with other jurisdiction convictions and sentences. For example, if a different jurisdiction sentences him and gives him twenty years or so, his five year conviction will start and end withing the time frame of the 20 year sentence. Adding to his chances in other jurisdictions, (sarcasm intended) the other jurisdictions during sentencing would see the conviction and sentence ascribed to Xavier, and weigh that in their new conviction and sentencing. C-YA, Mr Xavier Chamerlain!
