Between 2010 and 2013, Morgane Production was granted special authorization to film trials before criminal courts. The "Live from the Court" collection was thus able to be produced in various French jurisdictions, retracing, in their time and in a raw manner, without commentary or intervention, the hearings of around one hundred cases.
Morgane Production specifies that the laws in force between 2010 and 2013 are likely to have changed. The judgments handed down at the time in the "Live from the Court" collection may therefore no longer reflect today's legal reality.

What cases are heard before the criminal courts? What analysis of our society can be made based on the crimes and verdicts handed down during these trials?
Far from the high-profile media coverage of assize trials, this veritable tour of the courts of France reflects how ordinary, everyday justice is administered in our country.

Courage. On ne baisse pas les bras.
