Got an XT at the scrapyard a couple months ago, minus the HDD and controller card. I've been looking for alternative solutions to get it working and this seems like a good candidate.

Where did you get the new version of the firmware? I cannot see a new version on the PicoMem GitHub repository dated September 2026. Is there another repository or release page where the updated firmware has been published?
