Phil Donahue was a real ball buster when he interviewed people. He always tried to piss everybody off but Liz remained nice and calm and that pissed Phil  off.

Never in a billion years could you have been "just a wife". A mold was broken when you came into this world and shined your light and love on us.

Beautiful lady inside and out. She was breathtakingly beautiful always, that face, those eyes. But she was even more beautiful inside as a person. She was extremely down to earth, she did so much charity work and her legacy continues to help people to this day.  A true star in every way. We have nobody like this today. RIP beautiful lady.

He spoke 75% of the interview-Elizabeth spoke 25% ---typical interviewers in love with the sound of their voices---She was a class act

She never looked more glamorous as she did at this point in he life. This is hollywood glamor.

She looked so amazing for her age. Definitely not the easiest interview to do but she did amazing. She was confident but very humble at the same time. Such a well grounded lady. So full of integrity and caring love. She totally earned all the praises amd love she is still getting today. What a beautiful woman inside and out.

She has the clearest voice she enunciated perfectly always understandable never mumbling, for an actress who worked on screen that was a plus

She was so capable of expressing herself. I enjoy looking at her and most of all listening to her opinions and experiences in her life... I was hoping she would talk about her children, but Phil Donahue never asked about them. There is a lovely sincerity about her with elegance, calmness and understanding. My last comment is She's not at all self-centered.
