Why, wait 2 years.  Yesterday would be great.

That was really excellent!!
Thank you Gordon, and Steph @ The National 👏👏👏

Yes . Independence isn’t solely the responsibility of the snp

Energy self sufficiency through renewables

I hope we do one day 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

My consultant post was in Central Scotland but my training started in Inverness, then West of Scotland, South of England, Edinburgh then Aberdeen, with short spells in USA and Oz.
We can have England as our best pals and good neighbours but we are different and are perfectly capable of being independent and running our own country. Scottish NHS, education and legal system exemplify this.

Listening to Gordon talk about copying ideas from Catalonia, there is one idea I’d love to see in Scotland, and that is a state owned network of youth hostels that cater to young Scots who want to see their own country after finishing school.

I'm a supporter of Welsh Independence, I'd love to see England to become an independent country.

And i for one hope he is correct. As a Scot i want to see Scotland, Wales & England go their own way. And i want to see Northern Ireland back as part of Eire, where it should be.

I want to come home to Scotland but I'm old and can't afford it anymore. 😢

Hey any English reading this being an English nationalist is not a dirty word it is who you are you just forgot so more of the St George Crosses and less of the butchers apron, stop waving the flag of your oppressors.
Free the British nations.

The English folk actually do need independence, BUT, independence from their own Westmonster.

There is already an English independents movement, fledgling at the moment but growing, and no, it's not Reform. Reform are a unionist party that's why they field candidates in Scotland and Wales. Many Scots mistakenly believed that the English and the Westminster Parties are one, we are not. The Westminster Parties hate the idea of English nationalism more than anything on this earth. Apart from the Brexit vote, Scotland has had five referendums on constitutional issues in recent years, the English have not had one. When Scotland achieved devolution you were devolved whole, as a nation. England on the other hand is being broken up into enclaves on the spurious claim of bringing democracy closer to the people. In many places in England we are not allowed to fly out national flag, even during the wold cup. The British government is not English.

I think John had to put independence on the back burner in order to unite the party and prove what a devolved Scottish parliament could do post covid and during a cost of living crisis

Now they kind of have to

Thank you Gordon for showing that Paid Members can force change but elected representatives struggle for some reason, no wonder the average voter can’t be bothered with the mini me regional government circus 18+ years later and apathy outweighs membership

Cheers Gordon 👍

what are they waiting for ?
