🔴 LIVE | SGPC President Harjinder Singh Dhami makes major revelations and presents the SGPC’s side regarding the Sri Anandpur Sahib matter, the Chawla case and the controversy involving a Bahrain-based woman.

During an important press conference, the SGPC President discusses the investigation committee’s report and responds to allegations raised by political leaders. Dhami says attempts are being made to deliberately give the matter a misleading colour and turn a sensitive Panthic issue into a political controversy.

🔴 MAJOR CLAIMS BY HARJINDER SINGH DHAMI

According to Dhami, no one met him in connection with the woman before she reached the SGPC sarai.

He also shared details from the accommodation and payment records:

• On December 7, 2025, the woman deposited ₹1,000 at the sarai.  
• An entry reportedly shows her staying in Room No. 38 on December 7.  
• From December 9, records reportedly show two people staying in Room No. 36.  
• Records for December 28–29 reportedly show 20 people staying in the room.  
• Dhami said records show ₹1,000 being deposited by the woman on each occasion.  
• He also said she stayed for around 15 days at Takht Sri Kesgarh Sahib and deposited the required amount.

💰 ₹1 LAKH FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE EXPLAINED

Dhami also addressed questions surrounding ₹1 lakh given to Bibi Jaswinder Kaur.

According to the SGPC President, Bibi Jaswinder Kaur was provided ₹1 lakh as financial assistance for medical treatment.

“Not just ₹1 lakh — we provide lakhs of rupees to help people,” Dhami said, explaining that the SGPC regularly receives numerous applications from people seeking financial assistance.
