As much as I love Jay's kitbashing, painting and energy, I really appreciate the fact he really goes into the army crafting, lore and rules. He really covers everything.

Will the armeggedon box be painted Templars or new chapters

I'd love to see a video where you go through your black templar army and touch up some of the old models to make the army more cohesive. That's something I'd like to do to my first army (tyranids) as well sometime.

I like how the one is just declaring "THIS IS MY CROZIUS ARCANUM!" Before smashing some skulls

"I've been playing 10th edition and I almost never fail charges..."

I thought this was going to be a segue to a plug for branded EoB dice.

4:09 if he can attach to bladeguard, you’d probably be golden.

Execrators might be really good in 11th because they will probably be a support character meaning that you can add them to a unit with a leader character already

On my purity seals I use steel legion as a base. Then I start highlighting using zandri dust and apply a thin layer highlight using Vallejo bone white. It looks like antique parchment paper with each of the colours showing through.

I'm a Blood Angels player, I bought one of these and modified it to be a Chaplain with Jump Pack. I did this precisely because I found his pose quite dynamic.

The execrator can be equipped with both the crozious, mater crafted sword and the bolt pistol

"why does games workshop insist on writing my army list for me" is the main thing that keeps me falling out of love with warhammer, and kill team in particular

One reccipe you've gotta try for power swords is basing them black or very dark blue (like the darkness), masking half down the middle, spraying white for the gradient then masking the other half and repeating, and then airbrushing talassar blue in light coats - it comes out so rich and deep through the airbrush that it really gives the impression of being glowy and powerful - and then the lightning & edge highlighting in a bright pastel blue with specular highlights of white where the lightning crosses the ridge of the blade and meets the edges.

It's soooo much quicker than blending the blues on the blade and gives a much more saturated finish, I always get a heap of compliments when I do them this way.

Bring back old school 40k, when you had jump packs, no jump packs, and terminator armour, and characters just joined a unit with the same option.

The Templar cross can be an iron halo too btw, pretty sure the shield tech doesn’t have to be in a halo shape

Honestly I don't get why our characters can only join our units like what about all the rest of the marine units
Like no one is just using Crusader Squads and Sword Brethrens

Really hoping the split of leaders/ support will open up a lot of characters to being useful in 11th edition.

As far as models go I really like this one, I've plans to get one to turn into a Blood Angels Chaplain because I've used all the other chaplains in other Marine armies and I want something different, and he has a nice dynamic combat pose
