They follow the constitution like they follow the Bible.

They never read it, but they want to tell everyone else what it says.

Immigrants who become Naturalized citizens have to be more educated on our Constitution than natural born citizens!

They should ask them if Obama could run again then.

"I cant quote the constitution but i listen to people that can" lmfao

We've always had a big problem with pseudo-intellectuals in America.

Re-education would imply that they were ever educated in the first place.

This was a very deliberate dumbing down of the USA by the right-wingers.

I knew people like this in college. By "constitutional principles" they meant anything and everything they wanted. And nothing they didn't want.

They cherry pick the Constitution the same way they cherry pick the Bible.

The funny thing about religious fundamentalists is they don't know a thing about their religion or the government

“Nowhere in the Constitution does it absolutely say that Trump can’t run.”
“It’s the 22nd amendment.”
“Well…”

😂  They meant to say they were idiots, not constitutionalists.  It’s a common mistake among Trump voters.

I wish Obama would announce that he's considering a run for a third term, which would force the Republicans to say, "That's against the Constitution!"

Calling it fundamentalism and authoritarianism is precisely on target. I grew up in a fundie christian cult as a conservative. Discovering all the lies once I escaped my parents' influence was terrifying and painful, BUT intellectually rewarding. I had always had questions that couldn't be answered.

Conservatives don't allow themselves to consider those questions. Their arguments always point back to intentionally keeping up the illusion within their own minds because their entire perception of the world will crumble otherwise. At least I was a kid for most of my time in that mindset. - A curious kid, because I asked the questions and hated the non-answers. Kids don't think that every adult in their lives, including their own parents, are liars.

The majority of MAGA people in America including many red states are on welfare, social security, ACA, and government handouts. Yet, they speak out against socialism and yet have no idea the programs they're on, is socialism. SMH.

I really wish someone hadn't written that pesky "constitution" down. Would certainly make being brave constitutionalists easier.

The religious fundamentalist way of life leaves people with zero critical thinking skills. They’re amazingly good at dismissing something out of hands.

It’s hard to believe this is reality. You see a hundreds people say these things that’s one thing, but it’s in the millions. Mortifying.

These are the same people who claim to love the Bible but have never read it themselves.

I’m Canadian, but “Congress shall make no law establishing religion…” and Jefferson wrote a letter about the wall of separation between church and state.

They fetishize the Constitution, but know nothing about it.
