Andrea Pontremoli joined IBM in 1980, rising to the position of President & CEO of IBM Italy. After nearly 30 years at the company, in 2007, he decided to leave the IT giant to accept the challenge posed by engineer Giampaolo Dallara: transforming the company from a boutique artisan to a global technology leader. 18 years later, Dallara is a company with revenues of over €220 million.
