I Ranked Every (Gen 1) Your Favorite Martian Song From Least to Most Favorite

I've been re-listening to a lot of Your Favorite Martian, and it got me in the mood to make a video describing my personal favorite songs by them, and my not so favorite songs by them, too. This clearly has a lot more effort put into it than my usual upload, so I'd really appreciate it if you gave me your opinion on this kind of content!

Regarding new vs old YFM, both visually and the overall "personality" I get from the music, I once described it as "Old Puff looks like someone I could play video games and smoke up with. New Puff would call me a slur." And I still think that's a fair judgement.

The worst song: Transphobic techno

The best song: Transphobic techno

Why? Because it's horrible, stupid, and absurd. And that's also why it's great

I have never thought of yfm as "less than clever writing"........ray is an underrated lyricist, he's actually very articulate and even with stupid bullshit topics he make fire bars out of it.

Idea for April Fools: Do this same list, but in opposite order i.e. explaining why Alien is the worst song ever made and why Dookie Fresh is the greatest song ever

Man I was gonna be happy that he loves Gorillaz to until he said MAKE MORE RULE 34 sorry bro I gotta press that notification button to make it TRANSPARENT

Alien is a song I can remember perfectly, that Tig o bitties, and Nerd Rage. Pretty good list overall.

Thats exactly my reaction to Robot Bar Fight

"DR ROBOTNIK ISNT A FUCKING ROBOT!!"

Epileptic techno was fucking awesome, and it’s absolutely underrated

@thequagsire3592 4 years ago (edited)

I’m not surprised bearded expense’s secondary theme ranked low. It was honestly pretty mediocre but I think nerd rage should have gotten higher. Its super underrated and slaps harder than it has any right to.

0:34 I DID NOT CONSENT TO THIS

@JaredandRoo 4 years ago (edited)

I'm at 31 and I'm betting right now he's going to put Alien and Complicated at the top

I mean seriously how can you dislike epileptic techno and dookie fresh???

Edit: I KNEW HE WOULD PUT ALIEN NUMBER ONE
