He was literally identified immediately and it still took 26 years 😒

This case is a big deal in San Luis Obispo County. People ask why the police did not do more at the time. Unfortunately, in my opinion, at that time, the police were under pressure not to write-up crimes on the campus of Cal Polly. The city wanted to portray a wholesome, safe place for kids to go to school. Furthermore, if you are old enough to remember that time,  a woman who went out and got drunk took the blame on herself if she was assaulted. But now we have a good sheriff and a good DA, Dan Dow. These charges were difficult  to bring with no body after so much time. Chris Lambert is a hero for bringing Kristen's case back into the light. If you have not heard the podcast, I urge you to listen to it. It is riveting. And if you can, cheer on the  Prosecutors of the trial in Monterey County. I have seen that poor girls face on a billboard for decades. She deserves justice!

I’d rip my hair out hearing the same thing repeated over and over by this dude. He looked smug to me. I can’t believe how long he’s been able to be out free with the rest of us.

Kirsten and her family should never ever of had to wait this long. It's been obvious from day one that Paul did something to her.

This man passed Evil into his son ! They both need to be gone , they’ve been free long enough !

Kind of gross that the sheriff used the case as election fodder in 2011 and it wasn’t even his cold case detective to blow the case open

The old man just needs to give up his pos son.

17:00 this was heart wrenching. 😣

10 seconds on & you have an error. She didn’t walk home alone.  She was with three other students and Paul Flores was one of them.  He & she went the last bit of the way on their own.

At laaaast I've been waiting for years for justice to be done for this family

She did not walk home alone, Paul was with her, where are you getting your facts

Thank you for covering this and giving credit to the podcast!

I love learning about and watching the lie detector information. Thank you!
I hope they find her and her family receives the justice she/they deserve💞

This isnt a premiere, I watched this episode the other day. It would be nice to have a new episode that gave actual info on today's events in court

This was a horrible year for me as well. I was accused of sneaking out around the same time this girl was abducted bc my mom had a stroke while I was spending the night with a girlfriend as most 16 yr olds do but while I was gone momma had a stroke and she was the only person that knew where I was . She survived that one and set everyone straight once she regained her senses but she passed away from an aneurysm 2 years later.  My heart and prayers go out to her and her loved ones.

What took them 26 years to investigate that house and  pursue the person she was seen with last?? Can someone help me with this!!! Previous sheriff should be arrested!!!

I’m glad CourtTV is covering the Flores trial here in Monterey County. Honestly these indictments & Trials have taken SO LONG to manifest.  Those 2 men almost got away with Murder & Abuse of a Corpse and it’s mind boggling that everyone “knew” they were guilty yet continued to live free.  I’m Old School when it comes to Justice - sometimes Guilty people just need to be locked up Forever - no wait, no pre-trial hearings, no concessions or delays over a piece of dirt or bone. No one will miss them or regret locking these murderers up for good.  I wish they’d get a REAL Punishment (I can think of 1 or 2 extras) maybe have them spend hours daily buried in dirt.

Search warrant a little tardy?
Like 26 years!😔

I see Kristen's sign every day and drive past the Flores home often. Jim Murphy has Kristen's missing sign in front of his office which is located close to the Flores home.
