PSA: We did in fact blur out all the hacked website names. But feel free to head over to the new ones we put in their place to get actual free shinies!

"I have a baby chicken, you have a demon" is something that can only work in Pokemon and is infinitely funnier because of it.

Really hope you guys are excited for the start of Leaderboard! While there will be some similarities to the JMC, I'm excited to try figure out some new ideas and invite different creators to some of these challenges in the future. Don't worry, Mikey will still be participating in a majority of these videos, but in general I'm just so ready to get back to making these types of videos again!

I'm just imagining Mikey's neighbors hearing him yell out the name Ricardo and not questioning it but just being thankful he isn't yelling about the Sky for once

21:00 In french lessons, we were always forced to speak French to ask to go to the toilet. Soemone once stated Je pe parlais en toilette. The teacher smirked, nodded, then after he left, the teacher told us they had just asked to TALK to the toilet. Funniest moment from any of my french classes.

Honestly, I'm perfectly fine with not having JMC if it means getting more of these type of videos.
Two friends just making silly challenges in Pokémon and having fun is my favorite thing to watch on Youtube, and you two are the best when comes down to this.

Also, while on this topic, really hope there will be more of Battleship like you did on Season 3, my favorite video that you guys made ever, and I would love to see it in more regions.

30:33 GODSPEED SPIDER-MAN!

at 28:12, Mikey traded with someone who had the name of the male sv protagonist, Florian and then John traded with the female protagonist, Juliana right after

25:01 Gen 8, we got Slapnuts. Gen 9, we get Mrflassid.😂

"i have a baby chicken, you have a demon" is an incredible sentence 😂

16:58 weird looking litleos

16:59 ah yes 2 litleo shows 2 litten

mikey being incapable of hiding his joy in the very first round makes me so happy

Petition to let make them let us know when they will do these surprise trade videos so we can outnumber the websites

When I did this two weeks ago, I had 23 hacked Pokémon at the end....this kinda got out of hand that day.
Also, now that I finished that video, Urgl is the German name for Cramorant, so John has won with a legit shiny i guess.

You know, on paper, ending the John Michael Cup sounds like a disaster. But if it's merely in the name of ending the rigid formula to make way for something looser and more flexible that allows for more of these kinds of videos, and typically in all the better of quality, then hell, it's a net positive from where I stand! Love to see you two doing this sort of thing, as ever.

1:04 Funfact: the Hydropi (Mudkip) and the Ferkuli (Lechonk ) where both German and the Urgl (Cramorant)was aswell

30:28 please put the mask up on your wall for future Leaderboard episodes.
