Ukraine has used its own FP-7 tactical ballistic missile in combat for the first time, with a reported range of around 250 km. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced its operational use and called serial production the next step. At the same time, Ukraine continues to strike Russian oil and military infrastructure: hits on the Volgograd Oil Refinery, a fire at the Edelweiss-95 oil depot, and a strike on the Krasnozavodsk Chemical Plant — linked to the production of components for Russian weaponry — were reported this week.

On the front line, Operation Vivaldi continues. The 3rd Army Corps is using converted BTR-60 APCs as robotic kamikaze vehicles to breach Russian fortifications. Meanwhile, the number of surrendering Russian troops is growing: according to the corps, they now include not only infantrymen, but also drone operators, mortar crewmen, EW specialists, and officers. Meanwhile, Russia continues its strikes on Kyiv and Ukrainian energy infrastructure while escalating nuclear rhetoric around Kaliningrad. This issue also covers a drone strike near a research reactor in Kyiv, NATO's reaction to Moscow's nuclear threats, and reports of Russian cruise missiles in Moldova's airspace. The main events of the week — on Ukraine Weekly.
