Сама затаскиваю в дом все, что можно: перцы, баклажаны, помидоры, огурцы, но чтоб рассаду не выращивать - весной все в грунт! Плодоношение раньше, кусты мощнее.
По поводу петрушки - вы не уточнили, что петрушка в вашем видио КОРНЕВАЯ. Её можно размножать даже кусочками корнеплода.

Мне тоже было Жалко оставлять Растения ( Морозу).
В прошлом году принесли в квартиры Помидорки.Они жили до Нового Года.
Перцы Живут, Цветут и Плодоносят в квартире третий год.
Базилик рос зимой на подоконнике.Одно растение снова посадили...-- Такой Красивый Куст вырос!
Несколько лет назад выращивала в квартире Корнишоны, Томаты Черри и Кустовые, балконные, ( небольшие).
А также Салат ( Руккола).
Базилики Лимонный и Гвоздичный.
Капусту Китайскую и Редиску за окном, в лотках,на карнизе.😊
Муж в прошлом году неожиданно отправился в мир иной, а сын не одобряет мою садово-огородную практику
Выбросил все большие горшки с веранды, прямо с землей и многие с многолетниками
А уж домой тащить как я раньше делала, он наверняка не позволит
Я и так уж запустила садовые дела хотя сад был мечтой моей жизни
