In this episode, we'll show you three modern one-story houses—completely different in architecture, area, materials, and approach to country living.

The first house is a modern one-story 240 m² house from APS DSK with a flat roof, mirrored windows, a spacious 60 m² kitchen-living room, and a large terrace. We'll explore the layout, master bedroom, ventilation, the house's orientation, and find out the construction cost.

The second property is the 393 sq m Nirvana villa by Dmitrydom. Built from CLT panels, the house features a unique Balinese style.
