Unfortunately the Accident Will Happen song at the beginning had to be muted. This video is 2 years old and only now did Mattel decide to put a block on the video! To prevent the video from being blocked in several countries, I've muted the song entirely. Sorry about that.

Also, as no one has seemed to notice yet, I'm just going to keep pretending I didn't miss Skarloey demolishing trucks in Season 9's Rheneas & the Dinosaur.. 🙃 This would move him up and place him between Toby and Emily. But, yeah, totally didn't miss it or anything, no way....

Seasons 1-4: Accidents Happen
Season 5: Accidents WILL Happen

I imagine Sir Topham Hatt’s insurance policy would be under some sort of investigation

37:51 I always loved how one truck just somehow flings himself into the air, he isn't even shown with the three other trucks, he just spawns mid-air out of sheer spite for Peter Sam

25:18 “Farewell me hearties” Salty was ready to fucking die

Something I don’t see people talking about is how almost all of James’ crashes involve a long, tension-filled runaway followed by a sudden bang, accompanied with a banger score.

“The Island of Sodor will make your dreams come true”

I’ll be dead on this railway before my dreams will even come true.

The Fat Controller (to Thomas, James and Percy): "Why is it when something happens, it is always you three?"
Percy: "Believe me, sir, I've been asking myself the same question for years."

It’s quite interesting that in “Peace and Quiet”, Harvey asks Murdoch if he’s ever crashed. Ironically, Murdoch hasn’t had a single crash onscreen.

1:26:56 For some reason, I heard "Percy takes on too many drugs, which sends him out of control" AND THAT IS JUST SO MUCH FUNNIER

Good lord, this railway's safety record is abysmal

57:35 - Somehow, the animators managed to put Emily in the Yamcha Death Pose... Intentional or not, that's impressive!

27:00 I just love how Stephen is self aware, it's not like "uggghhhh...." or "I'm A sIlLy EnGiNe", it's just "Huh, dang...that could've gone better..."

1:22:44 further evidence that percy probably killed/injured several people in this crash: there’s no way that the factory workers would have thought to jump out of the way, because there’s (obviously) no tracks in the chocolate factory and no one would ever think to prepare for the possibility of a several-ton steam locomotive crashing through the wall of their workplace

Henry: "I had a crash in BWBA once."
Unlucky Tug: "Quiet, Henry."

Also, can we appreciate that Thomas has more crashes in the model era than Percy has in the ENTIRE series!?

1:28:05 Why am I not surprised? Figures the Number 1 engine on Sodor is also the one responsible for the most amount of accidents. It'd be quicker to point out the number of things Thomas hasn't crashed into.

I love how whenever a flatbed or truck has a minor impact, it just gets immediately launched into the air. Never realised how often that happens.

43:38 Forgot the Show Crew changed Thomas' Whistle sound for this one specific scene in the series lmao

23:27 Ok, his driver is a certified badass after that jump lol.

Not even a mile away, I knew the titular #1 blue tank engine would have the most crashes.
