Love seeing Mr. Larry in blue. He looks great. ❤ Love to hear him explain things 😍

Now I understand where the energy comes from when Laurent said it came from God 😢 but this was one of the best   interviews for encouragement, inspiring, motivating people and how your bodies react ,I am so proud of both of you, Happy New Year! ❤❤❤ keep moving forward

This is an excellent interview. I'm soaking it all in.

It is ALWAYS interesting to listen to what they say imo, even as a dancer, no matter how much you like or hate them.

I hope they get REST.

I WANT TWO HAVE 3 TRIPLES WITH LAURANT BOURGEOIS & H.E.R. 💀

Laurent Bourgeois once remarked, "Music is the question. Your body is the answer." It is a statement I understood intellectually long before I understood it experientially. Then I watched Les Twins move, but it is more than movement.  As one watches them, something extraordinary begins to unfold. The body is almost irresistibly invited into relationship with their rhythm, energy, and intention. Yet there is no impulse to dance. Instead, there is an overwhelming desire simply to receive—to absorb every gesture, every pause, every subtle shift of weight, allowing each movement to settle into the deepest parts of one's being. It is not imitation; it is resonance. Their movements awaken a quiet stillness while kindling an unmistakable fire within, a rare union of profound calm and exhilarating excitement that leaves the mind at peace even as the spirit comes vividly alive. Almost imperceptibly, the body begins to reveal what words cannot. Fine hairs rise across the skin as waves of sensation ripple outward. The chest feels paradoxically heavy and weightless at once, anchored by the gravity of the experience while expanding with extraordinary openness. Breath deepens. Time softens. Mind, heart, and body become buoyant, suspended in a state that feels both deeply grounded and effortlessly free, as though gravity itself has momentarily loosened its hold. There arises the unmistakable sensation of floating—not as an escape from the body, but as a fuller inhabiting of it, sinking ever more deeply into oneself even while feeling lifted beyond oneself. Music is no longer heard through the ears alone; it is felt at one's very core. Rhythm ceases to be merely audible and becomes visceral, reverberating through muscle, bone, breath, heartbeat, and memory until the distinction between hearing and feeling quietly dissolves. Music is no longer listened to—it is inhabited. As this embodied dialogue deepens, a profound understanding of reciprocity begins to emerge, not as an intellectual concept but as a lived reality. One feels as though the body itself could answer their movements with perfect reciprocity—not through mimicry, but through attunement. An invisible synchrony arises, where timing, rhythm, emotion, and intention move together in quiet accord. Their gestures awaken corresponding sensations, memories, thoughts, and emotions within, not because they have been transferred, but because they illuminate something already present, waiting patiently to be recognized. It feels as though their movement and one's own inner life are participating in the same silent conversation. What unfolds is at once frightening, overwhelming, and exhilarating. With every movement they make, another page of one's own story seems to reveal itself. Their choreography becomes an invitation into forgotten memories, hidden griefs, quiet triumphs, unrealized possibilities, and longings that had never found language. The experience is embraced as both healing and hurting, pain and pleasure, warmth and coolness, surrender and awakening. It is like freefalling while feeling unmistakably held, floating weightlessly while simultaneously descending into the deepest reaches of one's own soul. The body becomes a landscape of beautiful contradictions. There is an irresistible urge to weep—not from sorrow alone, but from the overwhelming fullness of the experience—while laughter rises from the very same wellspring of recognition and joy. It feels as though one is mourning and rejoicing simultaneously: grieving what has been lost, what was never spoken, what can never be reclaimed, while celebrating what has been discovered, awakened, and brought into being. Loss and gratitude become inseparable companions, each revealing the depth and beauty of the other. One longs to hold every breath for fear that the moment might dissolve, yet the body instinctively draws each breath more deeply than the last. There is an equally compelling desire to surrender completely to movement while remaining perfectly motionless, to become part of the dance without disturbing its unfolding. Every paradox exists simultaneously, each enriching rather than opposing the other, until the distinctions themselves begin to dissolve. One feels at once ethereal and profoundly grounded, lighter than air yet rooted more deeply than ever before, transcending the body while inhabiting it more completely. There is no separation between sensation and emotion, between thought and feeling, between observer and participant. One is no longer watching the performance; one is living within it. When the final movement passes and the last note dissolves into silence, the experience refuses to end. It continues to reverberate throughout the whole of one's being. One is left mentally, emotionally, and physically exhausted, yet profoundly exhilarated; lost and found; completely satiated and yet quietly seeking; overflowing with meaning while somehow feeling beautifully emptied. There is no pause between these sensations, no boundary separating one emotion from the next. Fullness becomes emptiness; longing becomes fulfillment; exhaustion becomes renewal; stillness becomes motion. Thoughts become feelings. Feelings become sensations. Sensations become understanding. In that seamless flow, one realizes that transformation is not found in resolving paradox but in inhabiting it fully. It is here that Laurent's words cease to be a clever observation and become a lived truth. The music asks its question, and the body, long before the mind can explain, offers its answer. One leaves not simply having witnessed extraordinary movement, but having encountered oneself through it—remembering, perhaps for the first time, that the deepest truths are not merely understood. They are embodied, yet paradoxically this stillness/motion, hearing/feeling, floating/sinking, mourning/rejoicing, exhaustion/exhilaration, lost/found, fullness/emptiness, ethereal/grounded.

It's a medium used for healing ❤🙏

Les twins are dope! But being around for as long as I have, I’ve seen a lot of their moves recycled from dancers like Fendi, MarQuest (EPMD dancers) Showtime etc. but not taking nothing away from the twins, they get busy!!
